MU1 provides two Carousel assembly lines, reserved for detail orientated footwear production, and for brands requiring flexible manufacturing quantities.
Equipped with a separated, climate and humidity controlled warehouse to preserve the condition of our leathers prior to production.
Wedges have developed from a seasonal trend to a staple category for spring-summer collections. Following increased demand and our preference to keep sole processing in-house, we have mastered the process to craft precise and labor-intensive espadrilles and jute sandals to perfection.
In addition to handling the stock fitting of outsoles, we are also specialized in Handmade outsoles. Our in-house processes include trimming, buffing, snuffing pressing, and hand colouring.
Blake stitching is a traditional construction sometimes used for safety, performance and school shoes which many factories are incapable to do. Stitching on the outsole can either be decorational or stitched through.
